Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped via USPS or UPS within 7-10  business days. 

Please note: On occasion, it may take slightly longer for your package to arrive. This is typically due to routing errors or congestion during the holiday season. Toni Hayes Boutique is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.

Rush delivery: 1-2 Business days transit time is guaranteed unless otherwise stated by carrier such as weather or closures. 

We provide a tracking number so you can check your package along the way! We will send you an email with the tracking number the same day your package is shipped.

We ship anywhere in the U.S (including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) and selected countries. We also ship to P.O boxes.
