RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Keeping Our Customers happy is our top priority! Though we are confident you will love your pieces from us, if you need to return item(s), please send them within 7 days after receiving your order. Authorization is required before returning any item.
ALL SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES!
- Returns must be made within 7 days of the date of purchase and can be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value or receive store credit for a future purchase.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Your satisfaction is important to us. We kindly ask that you carefully inspect your order upon arrival. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so our team can assist you and work to make it right.
Any concerns regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this timeframe will no longer be eligible for a return or replacement.
To submit a claim, please email shoptonihayes@outlook.com with clear photos of the damaged or defective item, along with your order details and invoice information. Once received, our team will carefully review your request and provide further assistance.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt for proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at Shoptonihayes@outlook.com. Please note that all returns require authorization. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
In-person returns can be made at Toni Hayes Boutique between 1-5pm Tuesday through Saturday.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods, beauty or cometic products, candles, lingerie and perfume. -
Sale items or Gift Cards
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. -
